I'm Rebecca, a nutrition coach with a passion for helping people meet their healthy diet goals.
I was diagnosed with coeliac disease a few years ago & had to dramatically change my diet to cut out gluten and maximise my nutrition intake. This sparked my passion for nutrition and healthy eating & I qualified as a nutrition coach, at the same time as becoming a new mum.
My goal is to change peoples' mindsets about what they eat. I believe in developing peoples' knowledge about nutrition to create positive habits & sustainable long-term change.
I believe that nutrition is so much more than what we eat day to day, but creating long lasting habits.
A healthy diet is a balanced one – it doesn’t mean we have to make lots of dietary changes & cut out everything we love!
